Not everyone who comes here is stuck. Some just want more.

Most people who come to coaching aren't failing. They're keeping it together, doing what's expected, and quietly wondering whether this is it.

Some arrive at a specific point: a decision that won't resolve, a ceiling they can't see past, or a version of success that doesn't feel the way they thought it would. Others just know something needs to change, but can't yet find the space to work out what.

If any of that is familiar, this is the right place.

Already doing well and want to go further? You don't need a problem to start.

What WarbyWorks does

WarbyWorks is a personal and professional coaching practice based in Wanaka, New Zealand. Sessions run in person across the Southern Lakes or online. It’s run by Mark Warburton: plain-spoken, down to earth, and doesn't take himself too seriously.

The coaching focusses on where things actually change - the beliefs, values, and patterns of thinking that drive how you behave. Not advice, not a new action plan. A process that builds your own capacity to understand what's driving you and act on what matters.

Your Agenda

Sessions start with what you want to work on. We agree what a useful outcome looks like for that session, then work through it together. The direction comes from you.

What changes, and why

Most people arrive with a problem they've already tried to think their way out of. Working together we focus on the beliefs and thinking patterns underneath it - because that's what drives the behaviour, and that's what we can shift.

Building your own resources

The goal is that you build your own understanding of what's happening and what to do about it - so that the insights and capability you develop stay with you and keep working.

Work, life, or both

The sessions are personal - meaning you bring whatever is most pressing, whether that's a professional situation, a personal pattern, or something that sits across both.

Thirty minutes. No obligation. Enough to know if this is worth pursuing.

We use a simple framework to map where you are and explore where you’d like to focus - then talk through whether we work well together. If we do, we’ll agree a programme structure and investment level that suits your situation and get started.
